We host sales, marketing and thought leadership events from time to time. We may collect your name, email address, contact number, title/job role and the company which you represent from such events.
Additionally, our company representatives may visit similar events conducted by other companies or forums. They may receive business cards from you at these events, to facilitate establishing a working relationship with the client you represent.

Obtained from Third-Party Business Directory Services

We have carefully selected and contracted with third-party agencies providing business contact directory services, and may obtain your name, gender, title, company you represent, work phone number, work email address, and work address as a potential business contact.

Obtained from ‘Friends and Family’ Connections

We may receive information related to your name, company you represent, title/job role, phone number, and email address from our business leaders who have established professional/personal connections with you.

Obtained from Public Sources and Professional Networking Platforms

Received Prior to/During Fulfilment of Contractual Services

Information to Facilitate Travel and Lodging

From time to time, we assist our clients’ representatives by facilitating travel and accommodation when they visit our offices. In such cases, we would collect your name; date of birth; contact number; company which you represent; email address; travel, accommodation, and food preferences; passport and visa details.
