They may receive business cards from you at these events, to facilitate establishing a working relationship with the client you represent.
Obtained from Third-Party Business Directory Services
We have carefully selected and contracted with third-party agencies providing business contact directory services, and may obtain your name, gender, title, company you represent, work phone number, work email address, and work address as a potential business contact.
Obtained from ‘Friends and Family’ Connections
We may receive information related to your name, company you represent, title/job role, phone number, and email address from our business leaders who have established professional/personal connections with you.

From time to time, we assist our clients’ representatives by facilitating travel and accommodation when they visit our offices.
