California Conservation Corps (CCC)

Global Touchpoints was awarded a contract by CCC in January of 2015 to completely overhaul their legacy corps member management system CADCARS (CCC Automated Data Collection and Reporting System).

We are worked with CCC to completely modernize CADCARS into a SaaS system based on platform called C³. C³ is an ERP system for the CCC which manages their Projects, Personnel, Timekeeping, PTO’s, and Workers Compensations. The C³ system went fully live in January of 2017 and Touchpoints has been maintaining it since then through multiple contracts. Currently, we are in the processing of developing some new modules for the system as well as performing regular maintenance work. Our services include:

Project Management
Salesforce Development including Apex and Visualforce
Requirements Engineering
Quality Control

Natural Resource Management

Global Touchpoints has been in a longstanding partnership with the Department of Water Resources (DWR) for the state of California. We have been working with DWR since 2009 and providing them with programming, management, training and testing support on their Water Bond Project. We have developed and maintained the GRanTS (Grants Review and Tracking System) previously known as the Bonds Management System or BMS. GRanTS is an enterprise wide portal to initiate and manage California Water Bond funded and non-Bond funded portfolios, programs, projects and contracts. Our affiliation with DWR has helped the department better track their bond and grant funds from the point of initiation to solicitations, reviews, awards, contracts, projects and invoices. The Bond Accountability Report, developed as a part of the BMS project is a legislature level report used by the department to report their expenditures for Propositions 1E and 84. Our IT capabilities for Department of Water Resources include:

  • Application Development
  • Application Maintenance
  • Business Intelligence and Reporting
  • Project Management
  • Application Framework Migration
